Chickamaugans Win The Battle On the times of September 19-20 1863, the Confederate Army of Tennessee occupied with fight with the Army of the United States armed force of the Cumberland in a haunting struggle.We, the south, were attempting to take Chattanooga, Tennessee before Rosecrans, who was likewise attempting to take Chattanooga to pick up its assets.
